Business Development Director
Job Description:The Business Development Director will lead and manage the inside sales/telesales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This includes driving strategic planning and execution to broaden market reach and customer base.
- Develop and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and outreach strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent attainment of sales goals.
Key Responsibilities include leading and managing a team, monitoring KPIs, developing and optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with other teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of experience in B2C/B2B inside sales or business development roles.
Proven experience in team management, target handling, and leadership.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce or Zoho.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
