Senior Associate, Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our team at ASSPL - Karnataka. As a key member of our Speed Programs team, you will be responsible for driving improvement in operational performance metrics, such as inventory levels, seller registrations, and seller performance on key Speed metrics.

You will collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including account managers, operations, and supply chain teams, as well as selling partners, such as sellers, vendors, and brands. A strong analytical mindset and hands-on operations experience are essential in this role, which requires driving day-to-day operations, continuously driving improvement, and automation.

Key responsibilities include owning and driving improvements in in-stock levels, cluster registrations, and fill rates from sellers and vendors. You will also fetch and analyze data from multiple sources to aid inventory planning and execution workstreams. Additionally, you will act as a single point of contact for managing issues and escalations related to seller registrations, stock inbounds, product quality, deliveries, and more.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of Bengaluru, KA, IND. The ideal candidate will have

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Good proficiency in MS-Excel
  • Working knowledge of SQL (Datanet)
  • 1+ years of driving process improvement
