About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and creative Content Marketer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting marketing and sales teams alike, while working closely with the content team on all key initiatives. This role involves a mix of data analysis, content creation, GTM, and operations, with full ownership of problem statements.

  • Data Analysis: 20%
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and oversee content strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing goals.
  • Brand Management: Hone and enhance brand voice and identity.
  • GTM and Operations: Work with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that drive company objectives.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure alignment and empowerment to achieve maximum results.
  • Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance of creative content, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  1. Minimum 1 year of work experience in marketing or content production.
  2. Education and/or background in Architecture and/or Interior Design.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  4. Ability to adapt to uncertainty and problem-solve in early-stage startups.
  5. Unique skill set and ability to collaborate with others to accomplish team goals.
