Job Title:

Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

With 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, particularly focusing on Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), we seek a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of these modules.

About the Role:

This key position involves overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of ASCP plans to optimize supply chain processes such as demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

  • Develop and implement ASCP plans using Oracle R12 SCM modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Bills of Material (BOM).
  • Lead data migration, integration, and validation activities for Oracle SCM modules, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions to business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Design and develop reports, workflows, and interfaces using Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, with a strong focus on ASCP.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, and Work-in-Progress (WIP).
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ASCP plans for demand and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) architecture and integration capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or Oracle Fusion SCM is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC).
  • Certification in Oracle SCM modules is a plus.
