Project Manager - Asset Reliability
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of a comprehensive Asset Reliability Management Program in a global steel manufacturing industry.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing transformation steps of projects, including initial demand collection, books of requirements, Request for Proposal, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, project committees, steering committees, and subcontractors' management etc.
You will contribute to the strategy of the PM Domain, participating in the 5 years plan including architecture concepts, and assessing that transformations handled are in phase with the current strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include managing a part of the run and maintain activity, contributing to incidents management and progressive maintenance management in the domain. You will also handle all activities in full compliance with the IT General Compliance rules and the SOX rules applied in the group.
The ideal candidate should have a BE / BTech/ Any Master's Degree, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar position. Experience/knowledge of the general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage. SAP customizing in SAP PM module is required, with ABAP skills being a plus (Debugging). Deep Business processes knowledge of the Plant Maintenance activity is essential. A business experience in the area is a plus:
  • Manage corrective, preventive, predictive and improvement maintenance.
  • Manage maintenance plan, unplanned maintenance.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have good ability to communicate at various levels, ability to train other people, synthesis spirit, autonomous, business Process Modelling, ability and experience in managing small teams in project mode, SAP customizing and implementation skills in other modules like MM and FI-CO. (integration MM and FI-CO), SAP Solution Manager knowledges, ITIL, ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organization, internally and externally, ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives, ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, other departments and within an Ecosystem of partners to maximize performance, initiatives, problem solving, and results, ability to lead community of practices, challenge the status-quo and navigate during uncertain times. Language proficiency in English is required, with any other language being considered as a plus.
