Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We're seeking skilled experts to drive innovation in our AI technology.

About the role:

  • Design, develop and deploy large-scale machine learning models and systems that solve real-world problems for customers.
  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop analytical solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to adopt best-practices in scalable ML services.
  • Identify areas for model improvement and optimize ROI.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of industry experience or 1-2 years with a PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
  • Strong theoretical understanding of statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Solid understanding of search ranking, relevance, NLP and recommender systems.
  • Proficiency in Python ML ecosystem (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise deploying ML solutions into production.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in e-commerce or online search systems.
  • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of GCP (or AWS, Azure) and ML orchestration tools.
