Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert in artificial intelligence to join our team as a Senior AI Specialist. In this role, you will design and develop innovative machine learning and deep learning models to address complex business problems.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable AI/ML pipelines that handle data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring. Your expertise in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face will enable you to develop high-performance models that meet the needs of our business.

As a Senior AI Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products. You will also be responsible for ensuring the production-readiness of deployed models and optimizing them using advanced techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, and GPU optimization.

Additionally, you will contribute to research initiatives and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and automation frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in machine learning frameworks.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML platforms.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration.
