Artificial Intelligence Solutions Developer
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Artificial Intelligence Solutions Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing AI-powered solutions using large language models (LLMs) and open-source frameworks. They will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective AI solution designs, prototyping new AI techniques, and contributing to the development of internal AI services or tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI-powered applications and solutions using LLMs and open-source frameworks.
  • Translate business requirements into effective AI solution designs that meet business objectives.
  • Prototype and experiment with new AI techniques and approaches.
  • Contribute to the development, integration, and improvement of internal AI services or tools.
  • Implement performance-efficient RAG, fine-tuning models, and prompt engineering techniques with AI solutions.
  • Lead the integration of LLMs and LangChain into business processes.
  • Collaborate with application teams on user needs and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI research and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of AI/ML experience.
  • Experience in developing AI applications and integrating AI with existing applications.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, especially related to Generative AI and LLMs.
  • Experience with open-source frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex, RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning LLM models, NLP, and other relevant AI subfields.
  • Experience with Python and other relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript).
  • Experience with building and deploying ML models is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong curiosity and a passion for learning and exploring new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • LLMOps/MLOps experience.
