ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow OTM solution consultant with extensive experience in implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform in large-scale, multi-tier production environments. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow OTM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation and training materials for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow OTM solutions with other IT systems.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow OTM architecture, design, and implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-12 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide production environments.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow OTM architecture, configuration, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, DMZ zone, public/private/hybrid cloud environment, and industrial control systems.
