Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Designer to join our team. As a Service Designer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative service solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new services, ensuring they are user-centered, efficient, and effective.

You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in systems thinking, research methodology, and facilitation to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities for service innovation and improvement
  • Develop and implement service design strategies that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design solutions
  • Analyze data to inform design decisions and measure service performance
  • Communicate design concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a Service Designer
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and hold complexity
  • Experience working in the financial sector understanding the nuances of the business
  • Comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and communicating complex ideas
  • Proactive do-er with excellent organisational and time management skills
