**Job Description**

We're looking for a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for performing and assisting internal audit projects and internal control evaluation related to digital processes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of general IT management processes and business enabling through IT (automated controls, RPA, and AI). You will also be responsible for coordinating, executing, and reporting on the outcomes of risk management, internal control, and internal audit activities in close collaboration with other involved and impacted functions within the group.

As a Senior IT Auditor, you will provide coaching and development for your team members with respect to IT general controls, application controls, and other technical expertise required within Risk and Audit.

You will take ownership for the planning, execution, and reporting of risk, internal control, and internal audit activities in your domain to make impact. This includes participating in risk assessments, assisting in audit planning and scoping, and performing IT controls/process audits on scope elements.

Additionally, you will support combined comfort analyses on maturity of IT general controls relevant domains and participate and lead audit interviews, accountable for preparing audit workpapers and reporting, and drafting audit findings and recommendations for management based on identified control weaknesses or process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum master's degree in IT, business, or economics
  • Qualified as an IT auditor (e.g., CISA, RE, or equivalent)
  • Level BEC B1/B2 or higher Business English
  • Strong independent mindset
  • Experienced in international stakeholder management & change
  • Innovative thinker that challenges the status quo
  • Agile and flexible working style and passion for on-the-job coaching and development
