The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics, quality assurance, and leadership, and will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, leading the quality team, and working closely with the engineering and production teams to identify and address any quality-related issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality standards, processes, and systems, and monitor the production process to identify potential areas for quality improvement.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure the production of high-quality electronic products, drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality, process efficiency, and cost reduction, and use data analysis tools to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with design, engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure product quality throughout the product lifecycle, prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management, and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC standards).

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in electronics quality assurance or quality control, with at least 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role, and experience with electronic components, circuit boards, and product assembly processes.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards, proficiency in quality tools and techniques (e.g., FMEA, root cause analysis, statistical process control, Six Sigma), excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to lead and motivate teams.
