Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a detail-driven Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations across e-commerce platforms for a direct-to-consumer brand.

  • Create, optimize and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring accurate content and compliance with platform policies.
  • Manage FBA and FBM workflows, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns and reimbursement claims.
  • Monitor and improve account health metrics - Buy Box share, cancellations, late dispatches and customer feedback.
E-commerce Operations

The ideal candidate will set up and maintain SKUs, pricing and images across platforms, ensuring stock accuracy, fill rates and low OOS through close coordination with supply chain. They will also execute promotions, campaigns and visibility initiatives to drive sales and track platform analytics: velocity, campaign ROI, search visibility and share reports with leadership.

  • Partner with supply chain for demand planning and inventory allocation across channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing for launches, promos and brand campaigns.
  • Maintain clean, updated SKU data (barcodes, MRPs, product details) across systems.
