Claims Management Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our offshore claims management team as an Executive/Senior Executive. This role involves assisting in the processing of claims efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

This is a contractual role for a long-term project, with an initial duration of six months, followed by renewals for up to one year based on overall performance. It's an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in claims management and develop expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the processing of claims from initial intake to final resolution, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Review claim documents and information provided by clients to determine validity and eligibility for processing.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and documentation to support claim processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of claim status, updates, and correspondence in the company database.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to obtain additional information and clarify claim details.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in claims management or a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
