About the Role:

Software Engineer in Test

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer in Test to join our team.

The key responsibilities for this role include designing, developing and maintaining automated test suites for web and mobile applications. These automated tests are used to ensure high-quality software delivery at speed.

  • Automated Testing: Architect, implement and maintain automated tests using Cypress for end-to-end UI testing.
  • Test Framework Development: Develop and extend test frameworks in C# and TypeScript for API, integration, and unit testing.
  • Nightly Executions: Configure and schedule nightly executions of UI tests using GitHub Actions
  • Results Analysis: Analyse test results, triage failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
  • Coding Best Practices: Write clear, maintainable, and reusable test code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Test Coverage: Continuously improve test coverage, performance, and reliability.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior QA engineers on automation tools and techniques.
