Position Summary

As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant at Huron, you will be part of a dynamic team that redefines what a consulting organization can be. Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the preparation of RFP responses related to Oracle HCM Fusion implementations, working closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive and compelling submissions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
  2. Conduct engaging and informative client demonstrations of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring them to showcase the value and functionality of the solution based on client requirements.
  3. Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules, ensuring seamless implementation and configuration.
  4. Configure Core HR, Absence Management, benefits, payroll, OTL, Talent Management, and Compensation based on client requirements and document application set-ups.
  5. Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions, ensuring a collaborative approach to delivering results.
  6. Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators, ensuring they are equipped to use and maintain the Fusion HCM Solutions effectively.
  7. Responsible for project deliverables from offshore, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules, with a strong understanding of Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Absences & OTL, Talent & Performance management, Compensation, and HR Help Desk.
  • Extensive experience in creating workflow and security for Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources, with a strong understanding of personalization and OTBI Reports.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment.
  • Graduation or MBA (HRMS) preferred, with exposure to structured software development life-cycle methodology (preferably Agile or Iterative development).
