Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality data solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This involves developing and implementing digital trading platforms, analyzing market trends, and designing systems to optimize business performance.

  • Analyzing the dynamics of the UK & Global markets and their implications on specialty operations is crucial.
  • Designing digital trading platforms and other systems to enhance business outcomes.
  • Becoming a principal insurance domain specialist by gaining a deep understanding of business nuances and each UK Specialty.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or an Engineering discipline. With 10-12 years of experience in BI and reporting, they should be proficient in Enterprise-wide reporting systems and dashboard creation. Additionally, 2-3 years of Team Management experience handling a minimum team size of 2-3 analysts is required.

Additionally, they should have Data Visualization skills with Power BI being a must-have and Tableau or Qlik as a good-to-have skill.
