About Us:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Scientist to lead our data-driven initiatives and contribute to the development of sophisticated machine learning models, predictive analytics, and statistical analyses.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming languages such as Python or R, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Key responsibilities include developing data-driven solutions, analyzing complex datasets, and deriving actionable insights that drive impactful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years of experience in DS and model development.
  • Passion for writing high-quality code, with expertise in Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge to solve complex problems effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regression and classification concepts, mathematical backend, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with various machine learning techniques, including clustering, regression, ensemble learning, neural nets, time series, optimizations etc.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Adept understanding of data science approaches, machine learning algorithms, and statistical methods.
  • Effective communication skills, presentability, articulation, storytelling capability, and ability to manage complex client situations.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills to guide a team with expertise in industry/domain/functional areas.
