Senior Integration Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned integration expert to join our team. This remote role involves managing API integrations, collaborating with internal teams, and driving continuous optimisation.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically fluent individual to lead end-to-end API integrations, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. You'll work closely with stakeholders to support integration processes across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
  • Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations in the travel technology sector.
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
