We're a travel technology company providing global flight and hotel services to online agencies and government organisations. We specialise in delivering seamless, scalable API integrations that empower our clients with real-time solutions.

Job Overview

This remote role will focus on managing API integrations and driving continuous optimisation with both clients and suppliers.

  • Lead end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
  • Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.

You'll occasionally participate in business travel for partner visits or events as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations ideally within the travel technology sector.
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English additional languages such as Spanish are a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
