We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager Finance to join our team.

About Us: Our company is a leading player in the digital lending space, with over 1 crore+ app downloads and ₹1200 Cr+ loans disbursed across PAN India.

Hiring For: An experienced Assistant Manager (semi-qualified CA or CMA / MBA or M. Com from a reputed institution) with 3+ years of experience in finance preferred

  1. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements (As per GAAP)
  2. Manage NBFC compliances
  3. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and trends
  4. Prepare and review TDS & GST reconciliation, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  5. Filing monthly and annual returns under GST and other Indirect Taxes within statutory due dates and ensuring compliance
  6. Prepare and review monthly MIS reports according to management requirements
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST regulations and ensure accurate filing of GST returns incorporating changes
  8. Managing daily accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
  9. Consolidate financial statements across departments or business units
  10. Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring all required documentation is accurate
  11. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations
  12. Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
  13. Timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities ensuring quality of work
  14. Preparation of data for debt partners in required formats
  15. Assisting in preparation and maintenance loan related documents along with checklist
  16. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as required by management
  17. Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel and Saral TDS for effective data management and reporting
  18. Handling payment processing, beneficiaries management, keeping KYC updated and relationships with banks
  19. Coordination with debt partners to timely share various certificates monthly as well quarterly intervals as per loan requirements

Requirements:

  • Semi-qualified CA or CMA / MBA or M. Com from reputed institution
  • 3+ years of experience in finance
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime, Advanced MS Excel, and Saral TDS
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
