Public Relations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned PR professional to drive our communications and media presence.

  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with Anudip's mission to empower underserved communities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets across India.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, features, and stories for NGO/CSR audiences.
  • Search for niche and mass social service platforms to elevate Anudip's reach and brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both traditional and digital PR, excellent writing and communication skills, and a proven track record of building strong media relations.

Responsibilities include driving media coverage, managing digital PR, and tracking coverage and preparing reports.

A Mass Comm/PR/Journalism degree and 3-4 years of experience in PR (NGO/CSR preferred) is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement PR strategies that align with Anudip's mission and goals.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets across India.
  • Content Creation: Draft and distribute press releases, features, and stories for NGO/CSR audiences.
  • Research and Analysis: Search for niche and mass social service platforms to elevate Anudip's reach and brand.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of traditional and digital PR principles and practices.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • A proven track record of building strong media relations.
  • A Mass Comm/PR/Journalism degree and 3-4 years of experience in PR (NGO/CSR preferred).
