Marketing and Content Creation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Content Creation Specialist to create engaging content that drives performance and resonates with our audience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command over scriptwriting and content marketing, with the ability to turn product features into emotional hooks and make our marketing and video content stand out.

  • Write high-converting video scripts for reels, ads, and influencer collaborations
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Pinterest
  • Collaborate with design, video, and performance teams to align copy with visuals
  • Research deeply to understand audience pain points and turn them into sharp messaging
  • Deliver quality work under tight deadlines with consistent tone and brand language
  • Support campaign planning and execution across Meta, Google, and influencer platforms
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize scripts for ad results
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in content/script writing
  • Strong command of English and Hindi (written + spoken)
  • Proven portfolio of ad scripts, social media content, or script writing
  • Excellent creative writing, editing, and attention to detail
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into short-form content
