Job Title: ASIC Test Engineer

This role involves testing and validation of complex digital circuits, focusing on ADC/DAC, SERDES, ATPG, Boundary Scan, and High Voltage Stress Testing.

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans for ASICs, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and parametric tests.
  • Develop and maintain internal loopback, SCAN (stuck-at and transition delay), and Pre & Post-trim including temperature sensors test methodologies.
  • Implement IO DC parametric tests, Process monitor / ring oscillator tests, and register/PLL lock checks using APB or iJTAG for access.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee that test requirements are met and test deliverables are of high quality.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in testing and validation techniques.

In this position, you will work closely with the design team to ensure that our ASICs meet the required quality standards. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, developing and maintaining test methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality test deliverables.
