Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Manager to drive quality enhancements within our SDLC frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a background in process auditing, quality assurance, or software process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of process improvements across SDLC projects, ensuring alignment with established best practices.
- Develop and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and other visual aids to facilitate collaboration and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and methodologies, including CMMI, ISO, Agile, and DevOps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in process auditing, quality assurance, or software process improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC processes, Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with SCAMPI assessments and CMMI appraisals is highly valued.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Six Sigma, and ITIL is an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
