About the Role:

This is a full-time position for a PICU Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert consultations in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, ensuring that patient care meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate critically ill pediatric patients and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement high-quality patient care strategies.
  • Provide guidance and education to junior staff and residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in pediatrics, pediatric critical care, and patient management.
  • Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-collaboration abilities.
  • Board certification or eligibility in pediatric intensive care.
  • Current medical license to practice.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Essential Requirements:

  • MD/MBBS degree with specialization in Pediatrics or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pediatric critical care.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
