**Project Lead for Civil and Interior Projects**

  • This role involves overseeing the execution of Civil, Interior works, and MEP projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • The Project Lead will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards. This includes leading a team of engineers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Key responsibilities include inspecting interior fit-outs, finishes, FF&E, loose furniture, and comparing them with drawings and specifications. The candidate must also measure and check building materials in terms of quality, identifying defects and suggesting corrective measures.
  • Monitoring and reporting work progress to the VP Engineering is critical, as is coordinating with vendors, sub-contractors, and vendors for quality of works at site. The Project Lead must also implement safe practices, conduct daily work progress reviews, and review manpower requirements.
  • Issue non-compliance reports for deviations/variances noticed at site and monitor material availability, forecasting requirements and informing PMO in advance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 14+ years' experience in project and construction management in Civil & Interior works execution
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to lead teams of up to 20 engineers and supervisors
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
