Project Manager Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing on-site civil engineering projects, supervising site engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project timelines, drawings, and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams, prepare and review progress reports and quality checks, and travel as needed for large-scale projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in civil project execution
  • Strong team management, labor coordination, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in project planning tools, Excel, and MS Office
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
  • Willingness to travel for site and project-related activities
