Customer Data Platform Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and work with advanced MarTech tools used for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming complex datasets.
  • Perform thorough data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop sophisticated dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to effectively communicate insights.
  • Support high-stakes data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous learning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
  • Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
  • Awareness of cloud platforms AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective team player with collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and adaptability.
