Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to oversee the daily operations of our IT department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and services.
  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Manage day-to-day IT tasks and user requests.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in administering Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy).
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, Firewalls, Routers, Switches).
  • Experience with Firewall, Endpoint Protection System (EPS), and Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with database management (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Experience with IT security best practices, antivirus solutions, and data backup strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional).
  • Experience with ITIL framework or other IT service management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
