This role is focused on ensuring the readiness of new JioFiber Engineers and Associates by conducting hands-on training and evaluating their performance. Key responsibilities include performing field audits, providing performance coaching, and buddy rides to guarantee quality On-the-Job training.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct RFR training for new engineers and associates within the stipulated timeframe.
- Evaluate the practical skills of JFE/JFA as per the outlined manual.
- Perform field audits to assess the quality of On-the-Job training and ensure completion within 15 days post-classroom RFR.
- Identify manpower needs for focused training interventions and skill enhancement programs.
- Collect and analyze data to determine the effectiveness of training techniques.
- Develop customized content specific to each state.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Knowledge of cabling technologies (In-Home, Aerial).
- Customer Premise Equipment Installation & Configuration expertise.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to provide performance management and coaching.
- Field Training expertise and Buddy Rides experience.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. graduates preferred) and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
