Statutory Reporting and Tax Analyst

This role involves working on direct, indirect, and federal taxation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with tax optimization strategies.

We are seeking a motivated Statutory Reporting and Tax Analyst to support tax compliance, reporting, and planning across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling GST/VAT, sales tax, and other indirect tax filings, as well as assisting in statutory, internal, and tax audits, preparing audit schedules, and coordinating with auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining tax records and ensuring timely submission of required filings
  • Supporting internal and external tax audits by preparing documentation
  • Identifying potential tax risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Assisting in researching and analyzing tax implications of business operations and transactions
  • Preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual tax provisions under US GAAP/IFRS/IND AS
  • Managing tax disputes, assessments, and queries from tax authorities

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
