Job Title: Fashion Stylist & Visual Auditor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced fashion professional to join our team as a Fashion Stylist & Visual Auditor. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in styling and visual content creation.

This role requires someone who is passionate about fashion, has a keen eye for detail, and can work effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that meets the brand's aesthetic standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Style articles for all imagery and video shoots
  • Create new ideas/moods for shoots based on season and style
  • Develop styling sheets
  • Coordinate and guide the Photography team, styling team, and Image editing team
  • Ensure high-quality images
  • Sort, edit, and provide images to marketing teams
  • Handle styles, their images, and invoices
  • Research online cataloging and future trends

Visual Auditor Responsibilities:

  • Acquire brand information regarding mood, lighting, and background
  • Check image quality in terms of styling, photography, and editing
  • Edit images using Photoshop (known preferable)
  • Develop trend stories and provide creatives to different portals
  • Monitor visuals across various platforms (Banner, creative, website visuals)
  • Verify if portals display the right set of images

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand names
  • Create brand stories
  • Design logos
  • Determine brand colors
  • Choose the right market for the brand
  • Establish social media/PR/market placement strategy

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and ability to suggest improvements
  • Excellent management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of photography, styling, and photo editing techniques
  • Stay updated on international and Indian fashion trends
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop (preferred)
