Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Data Coordinator to work with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking, maintaining, and controlling project documents and data management activities.
- Reviewing clinical research forms (CRF) and project documents according to protocols.
- Initiating project-specific DMTMF (Data Management Trial Master File) and electronic filing processes, regularly reviewing them for accuracy.
- Preparing project documents, including reports and other materials.
- Handling client and team requests/issues in coordination with Project Managers.
- Collaborating with the Data Coordination Associate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to develop robust database designs.
- Conducting procedure verification as part of database validation.
- Creating, reviewing, processing, and tracking Data Clarification Forms and updating clinical databases for ensuring data validity according to protocols.
- Generating manual data listings as required.
- Maintaining documentation for Pre-production and Pre-lock audits.
- Providing training on project and process-specific skills to subordinates.
- Serving as a backup for the Data Manager role.
- Assisting in the development and review of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Performing basic quality control functions for departmental activities.
- Ensuring SOP compliance in project deliverables.
- Complying with applicable rules, regulations, guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and policies etc. for conducting delegated activities.
