Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant Role

We seek an accomplished consultant to excel in delivering successful projects on time and within scope.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level security features in Oracle Cloud HCM modules with 3+ years of experience.
  • Lead payroll processing using Oracle Cloud HCM modules with 5+ years of experience.
  • Manage compensational functional teams with 1+ year of experience.
  • Oversee absence management teams with 1+ year of experience.
  • Guide ORC teams with 1+ year of experience.
Essential Qualifications
  • Total experience: 6+ years in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud: 3+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Able to join immediately or provide up to 45 days' notice.
  • Prioritized candidate with at least 2 end-to-end implementations in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Favorable Skills
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Capacity to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Crisp communication and interpersonal skills.

As a key team member, your responsibilities will include:

• Security Functional: implement security features in Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

• Payroll Functional: process payroll using Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

• Compensational Functional Lead: manage compensational functional teams.

• Absence Management Lead: oversee absence management teams.

• ORC Lead: guide ORC teams.
