Marketing Lead Role

This is a high-profile position responsible for creating and implementing our marketing strategy, driving business growth, and leading a team of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Narrative Development: Create and maintain our brand voice, messaging, and positioning to connect with our target audience.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Design, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on building funnels and measuring results.
  • Marketing Collateral Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials that tell our story, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and sales tools, empowering our sales team and educating our customers.
  • Content and Brand Champion: Work closely with the content team to develop high-impact content that resonates with our target audience and champions our brand voice.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data from our CRM and analytics tools to drive strategy and decision-making, understanding what works and what doesn't.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Operate with autonomy, setting the standard for our marketing function's growth, mentoring and guiding our content team to build our future.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strategic Thinking and Execution: Skilled in digital marketing, content creation, CRM, and analytics, with the ability to think big picture and execute with precision.
  • Exceptional Communication: Natural at guiding teams, communicating vision, and building strong relationships with sales, product, and leadership.
