Human Resource Operations Specialist

Role Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner is the primary HR point of contact at a warehouse site. This individual drives initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture, manages attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices.
- Ensure smooth HR operations across rotational shifts and multiple workforce levels.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
- Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
