Network Engineer III – Remote

We are seeking a seasoned Network Engineer III to join our global team in India, working from the comfort of their own home.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in telecommunications engineering and excellent problem-solving skills. With at least 5 years' experience supporting GTD-5 hardware and telephony systems, they will be able to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution. You will also interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems, guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement, document internal processes, mentor other engineers, ensure accurate timely ticket updates, and participate in an on-call rotation.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 5 years' hands-on GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting
  • Experience with call processing and translations
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance
  • Strong communication customer focus and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
