The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and leasing activities, conducting property showings, negotiating leases and sale agreements, developing client relationships, and collaborating with marketing teams to promote properties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in New Delhi/NCR essential.

Awarding contracts and collecting rent from tenants would also form a significant portion of your job requirements. Experience in using CRM software to manage contact information is desired.
