As a safety supervisor, your duties will also involve investigating incidents or accidents that occur within the workplace. Your findings should then be used to implement changes to improve overall workplace safety.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way. This is particularly important when training staff members on new safety procedures.
