Job Description

The Influencer Marketing Associate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating with, and managing influencers to support our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, with expertise in influencer identification, negotiation, and campaign management.

Responsibilities
  1. Influencer Scouting & Research:

    2. Assess influencers' audience demographics, engagement rates, and content quality to ensure the right fit for campaigns.
    3. Maintain an up-to-date database of potential influencer partners.
  2. Campaign Execution & Management:
    1. Support creation of influencer marketing briefs and guide influencers on campaign objectives, messaging, and creative direction.
    2. Oversee day-to-day management of influencer partnerships, ensuring timely content delivery and campaign execution.
    3. Track influencer performance, monitor content, and ensure adherence to timelines and contractual obligations.
  3. Negotiation & Relationship Building:
    1. Negotiate terms, deliverables, and pricing with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies to secure long-term partnerships.
  4. Campaign Reporting & Analysis:
    1. Collect data on campaign performance (e.g., engagement, reach, sales) and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
    2. Analyze results to optimize future influencer marketing strategies and initiatives.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with the creative, product, and social media teams to ensure consistency and alignment with broader marketing goals.
    2. Stay up to date on the latest trends in influencer marketing and contribute new ideas to enhance campaigns.
