Visa Executive - Europe

We are seeking a skilled Visa Executive to manage end-to-end visa application processes for European countries. The role requires strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, embassy procedures, and coordination with clients, internal teams, and external authorities to ensure seamless and timely visa approvals.

  • Manage entire visa application life cycles for European regions (business, work, tourist, dependent, student visas).
  • Collect, verify, and prepare necessary documents as per country-specific visa guidelines.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of embassy/consulate rules, timelines, and checklists.
  • Coordinate with clients/candidates for missing documents, clarifications, and timely submissions.
  • Handle visa appointment bookings, biometrics, and interview scheduling.
  • Liaise with embassies, VFS, consultants, and other visa facilitation agencies.
  • Ensure adherence to immigration laws and regulations.
  • Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues proactively.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with exposure to Europe countries.
  • Strong understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation.
  • Experience in handling business/work permits, dependent, and tourist visas.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and visa tracking tools.
