About This Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for collaborating with the finance teams globally to ensure accurate Month End Reporting and driving improvement of processes by implementing standardization and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Yearly planning processes
  • Monthly reporting of data
  • Preparing rolling forecast
  • Providing comments for variances vs budget
  • Analyzing monthly results
  • Providing high-quality management reports

Requirements:

  • Qualified CA
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Conflict management and collaboration skills
