Our organization specializes in Renewable Energy Project Development, Construction and Lifetime Operations. We have two main arms: Wind and Solar PV.

  1. The POWERCON Group offers a 360-degree RE eco-system to serve domestic and global markets across the Renewable Energy delivery chain.
  2. We exceed 2.5 GW of Operations, 0.75 GW of Construction and 0.5 GW of Development countrywide, with 40+ GW of Wind, Solar, BESS assets across 23 countries under remote asset management.
  3. India is heading for an ambitious goal of 500 GW of clean energy by 2030, with Renewable Energy being the fastest growing segment worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor performance of multiple solar plants, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  2. Liaise with site in-charges for day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and implementation of best practices across all sites.
  3. Support recruitment, training, and retention of site O&M teams to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
  4. Ensure smooth transitions following defined scopes and protocols.
  5. Manage weekly/monthly reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.
  6. Identify quality local vendors to optimize O&M costs without compromising service quality.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Education:
  2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC).
  3. Experience:7–10 years overall experience with min. 5 years in Solar O&M as middle level management, preferably with experience in 33kV substations, transmission lines, and related troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

  4. Proficiency in ERP systems and MIS reporting

Work Environment:

  1. Pune Head Office
  2. Frequent travel to project sites across India
