About the Role

We seek skilled professionals who can design and optimize firmware for a wide range of applications. You will work closely with hardware teams to ensure seamless integration of electronics, sensors, and communication interfaces.

  • Develop firmware and real-time embedded software for high-reliability systems.
  • Optimize low-power performance in resource-constrained environments.
  • Implement robust drivers for various communication protocols.
  • Conduct thorough debugging, unit testing, and system validation.

Firmware Development & Optimization

We focus on delivering high-quality firmware solutions that meet strict reliability and performance standards.

  • Firmware development using C/C++ and RTOS.
  • Low-power optimization techniques for energy-efficient designs.
  • Implementation of communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, BLE, and LoRa.
  • Debugging and testing methodologies for reliable system operation.

Hardware–Firmware Integration

  • Cross-functional collaboration with hardware engineers on PCB design, power management, and EMI/EMC considerations.
  • Signal integrity, data acquisition accuracy, and sensor integration expertise.
  • Prototyping and bring-up support for new boards, ensuring seamless hardware-firmware synchronization.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain detailed technical documentation of code, integration steps, and testing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO, IEC, MIL-STD) for medical and defence deployments.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

  • Close collaboration with hardware, mechanical, AI/ML, and production teams for end-to-end system delivery.
  • Participation in design reviews, feasibility studies, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Qualifications

We look for candidates with the right blend of skills and experience.

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Electrical, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, RTOS, and ARM-based MCUs.
    • Knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, BLE, LoRa).
    • Familiarity with debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
    • Understanding of power management circuits, EMI/EMC, and IoT hardware constraints.
