Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Fintech & Trading

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development of a cutting-edge trading platform and CRM solution. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in CRM development, customer portals, trading terminals, and liquidity management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive trading platform and CRM, ensuring high quality and alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and provide scalable, secure, and robust architecture frameworks for CRM systems, trading terminals, customer portals, and liquidity management.
  • Develop and implement effective work delegation strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee the delivery of product modules.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and feedback.
  • Work in tandem with the CEO to align product development with the company's strategic goals and vision.
  • Manage and track the progress of various product modules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment, ensuring a high standard of deliverables.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth progression of the development.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Fintech, specifically in trading platforms, CRM systems, liquidity management, and customer portals.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end software development, including front-end, back-end, and database management.
  • Proven experience in designing scalable and secure architecture frameworks for complex fintech solutions.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring high productivity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relations and expectations.
  • Ability to work closely with the CEO and other senior executives, aligning technical efforts with strategic business goals.
  • Skilled in project planning, risk management, and ensuring timely delivery of product modules.
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies such as .NET, Java, Python, Angular/React, SQL/NoSQL databases, Azure/AWS cloud services, and financial APIs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Fintech, with a focus on CRM and trading platform development.

Desired:

  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Knowledge of global financial regulations and compliance.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in Fintech.
