Main Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities as an Investigation Specialist will include conducting thorough investigations into suspicious orders placed on Amazon's MENA marketplaces. You will use your expertise to analyze trends and patterns, identify potential vulnerabilities, and develop effective strategies to mitigate them. In addition to your investigation work, you will collaborate with Product teams to share knowledge and insights gained from your investigations. This will enable us to develop more effective solutions and tools to combat buyer abuse and protect our customers. Furthermore, you will help us maintain high-quality service level agreements by implementing efficient processes and practices. By joining our team, you will be at the forefront of identifying and addressing emerging threats to ensure Amazon remains a trusted platform for customers worldwide.
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to collect and analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions. Strong communication skills are also essential, as you will work closely with various stakeholders, including Product teams, to share your findings and recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications is a must, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Fluency in English for speaking, writing, and reading is required, and experience in payments or e-commerce is highly valued. If you have 1+ years of customer service experience, this will be an added advantage.
