">Job Description
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships through empathetic listening and helpful communication.
  • Manage incoming chats and emails, and handle follow-up chats and emails in a timely manner.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to business growth, billing, and account satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive knowledge of our business model to answer customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate the value of our products to customers every day by providing exceptional customer support.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional English communication skills, especially written.
  • A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition.
  • The ability to solve problems quickly and think on your feet.
  • The ability to stay calm and composed during stressful customer interactions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field is preferred.
