Job Title: Coupa Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to provide day-to-day support for our Coupa P2P modules.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other procurement systems.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring system performance, resolving technical and functional issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Our team is seeking someone with strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide day-to-day support for Coupa P2P modules including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
  2. Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
  3. Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  4. Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
  5. Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SSO, middleware).
  6. Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  7. Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
  8. Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
  9. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
