Crossbeats is seeking a seasoned Content and Social Media Senior Manager to collaborate closely with our AVP, Marketing and Creative Director as a channel owner. This role will oversee both the strategy and day-to-day execution of our content and social media, with a primary focus on developing Meta, Youtube, and Instagram Develop cross-channel content strategy across owned social, ecom, blogs, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

1) Design elevated social content, including static and video editing (IG Stories, In-feed, Reels, shorts)

2) Plan and execute social media strategy and own calendars, including scheduling, across all owned social platforms ( Instagram, YT, Linkedin, etc.)

3) Drive significant growth and engagement across all platforms, hitting team's goals and KPIs

4) Own monthly KPI analysis and reporting, including competitive audit

5) Identify whitespace opportunities to elevate & define distinct roles for content on each social platform

6) Be on the pulse of TikTok trends, Millennial and Gen Z culture, and new social platforms to bring new, creative ideas forward

7) Ability to draft engaging captions, with a strong understanding of brand voice

8) Oversee social community management program and Finger on the pulse and immersed in everything Instagram
